Nevertheless, I chose the Cardio Intervals one-on-one disk and just got right into it. I didn't use the heart rate monitor as I didn't want to disappoint myself too much but I have a feeling that I wasn't quite as high up as I could have been.
Today I am going to be doing the training session at my work for people who are new to the software or need a refresher. The person who normally runs the training is on vacation in New Mexico and he has handed over the keys to me, so to speak. I'm actually quite nervous about it as I usually am before I do something new like this.
