Making an ideal schedule for yourself and then proceeding to do the exact opposite of that schedule.

I didn't even really get to do all that much work today, go figure.

I did manage to get a lot of work done for the best site of kosher cooking classes, Levana Cooks. Levana also does a lot of work in kosher catering.
