why is it so hard to find KOSHER CLOTTED CREAM????

I tell you it's almost as hard as finding kosher blue cheese but that I have finally found, imported from Denmark of all places. I wish it were easier to make dairy products such as clotted cream and cheeses (particularly mozzarella.)

On an entirely different note, shabbos was quite restful. Monday, iy"H, I'm going to start going to shul early in the morning to learn Pesachim and get my prayer on - wish me luck. Probably means I'm going to nap more on Shabbos. It will also hopefully mean more work will be done by me during the day.

Who has some fun weekend stories to tell? Alternatively, who can tell me a source for kosher clotted cream? Surely it exists somewhere.
