more about complex carb diet: it is not what you think. it is actually closer to what mr. atkins had in mind when he was developing the diet.
a complex carb is something like whole wheat, brown rice, quinoa, millet. i will be eating all of these. additionally, i am all for fruits, vegetables, and healthy proteins.
a simple carb is something like white flour, sugar, honey, white flour spaghetti. i am trying to remove those. note however that i still have all of the complex carbs listed above.
