that's right, me. I need to get back to my eating loads of rice and quinoa and wheat berries and less of things like breakfast buuuuuuritos with egg and cheese.

on the plus side i read today that exercising 10 minutes three times a day is a lot better than exercising once thirty minutes a day. i will therefore get on the elliptical machine for ten minutes at a time two or three times a day which not surprisingly enough i can make more time for than once a day at thirty minutes a pop.
