grassing
Hey all.

I'm working on writing an in depth article on the expression grassing as used in the snitching sense.

I became intrigued because on EastEnders, one character had the police called on her and they keep talking about how they need to work out who grassed her.

One lead seems to indicate rhyming slang - grass in the park / narc. I would love some links that could help push it one way or another.

Guy writes an entry directed at one person and that person has to pun it up. Oh, Mark.

Ah, but it's a genuine term! A Supergrass is someone who grasses up others big style, typically in a major criminal case.

(Unless you already knew that)
